The open architecture of Microsoft Train Simulator brings the virtual hobbyist the tools to recreate existing or design new and/or imaginary railroad worlds.
One of the most interesting features of MSTS is the ability to design new activities. By making an activity, you're in effect "marrying" trains with routes to create and entertaining challenge that you'll attempt using Train Simulator.
Many train simulator users already know Richard Garber. He is the creator of the freeware East Line Route. In this new book, Richard shares many of the tips that he put to pen as he was building the East Line Route with its many activities.
